Guinea appears to be heading towards the start of implementation of the 10 points in the transition timetable as the National Transition Council adopted two draft laws.
These bills are on the identification of natural persons and the civil status regime.
This is a major step towards a return to constitutional order, according to the political parties taking part in the dialogue.
However, the forces vives believe that the current electoral register should be revised instead of carrying out a civil status census, which will only delay the process of returning to constitutional order.
