Ghana’s National Security Minister, Albert Kan Dapaah, has urged Members of Parliament to exercise caution when discussing military brutalities in the Upper East Regional towns of Garu, Tempane, and Bugri.
The minister emphasized the need for circumspection, citing various reasons, including the ongoing counter-terrorism operations in the area.
This call was made during his appearance before the house to brief members on the brutalities that occurred last month.
