The Senior Staff Association of Universities in Ghana have threatened to sue the Ghana government over their tier two pension contributions.

They argue that government has devised measures to frustrate retired members by giving them a maximum of 515 Cedis each, after years’ of work.

The strike which started on January 21 has been met with resistance from the National Labor commission which on Wednesday, obtained an interlocutory injunction against the industrial action.

Leadership of the Association however remain resolute in their demand. Here is National Chairman of the Senior Staff Association of Universities in Ghana, Mohammed Zakaria
