Ghana takes delivery of first consignment of gold for oil deal

The government of Ghana has taken delivery of forty thousand metric tonnes of petroleum products believed to be the first consignment under the gold for oil policy announced months ago.

The petroleum product valued at 40 million US dollars would be sold by the Bulk Oil Storage and Transportation company across Ghana.
