2020 flag bearer of the largest opposition political party, the National Democratic Congress is challenging the outcome of last Decembers polls declared in favor of President Nana Akufo-Addo by the Electoral commission.
While John Mahama’s case has faced some setbacks with the Apex court dismissing a number of his appeals and requests, his legal team is optimistic that today, they will be able to prove that the election result was indeed flawed.
