Ghanaian President Nana Akufo-Addo has pledged to do everything within his power to ensure his Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, who emerged as flagbearer of the governing New Patriotic Party after receiving over 61% of the valid votes cast, is elected President in 2024.
Nevertheless, political analysts believe the elected NPP presidential candidate, giving the state of the nation’s economy faces a significant challenge.
