The Ghana Police Service has arrested 6 persons in connection with the killing of a soldier at Ashaiman in Accra.
The death of the soldier resulted in the Ghana Armed Forces deploying officers in search of the perpetrators of the crime.
This led to the assault on some residents of Ashaiman and its environs, a situation that has been widely condemned.
As WADR’s Atiewin Mbillah-Lawson reports, the six have been charged with counts of robbery and denied bail, while investigations continue to identify the killers.
