President John Mahama has completed a working visit to Ouagadougou on Monday afternoon, focusing on economic and security cooperation.
This is his last visit to the three Alliance of Sahelian States that he has done in the last week since he took over as president on January 7.
In their encounter in Ouagadougou, John Mahama and his Burkinabe counterpart, Captain Ibrahim Traoré, held a joint press conference, marked by projects in the aviation and hydrocarbons sectors.
The discussions focused on strengthening relations between Ghana and Burkina Faso, with an emphasis on economic and security cooperation.
The two leaders also discussed issues on energy.
