Following a constructive meeting with government officials, the Judicial Service Staff Association of Ghana (JUSAG) has temporarily suspend its ongoing strike.
In a statement released on Monday, JUSAG announced a two-week halt to the strike action, aiming to facilitate dialogue between the concerned parties and expedite the consideration, approval, and disbursement of the new salary adjustments by June 2023.
Last week, JUSAG members resorted to the strike as a means to demand the implementation of previously endorsed salary increments, resulting in a significant disruption to the judicial processes in the country.
