Ghana’s Electoral Commission (EC) has established a toll-free call centre to enable voters to relay their concerns and difficulties on Election Day, Monday, December 7th, 2020.
The Commission on Thursday said the initiative is to provide prompt responses to voters’ concerns and feedback to improve the voting experiences on Election Day.
The Commission further noted that, “Toll-Free number 0800-100-100 has been secured for this purpose. This means callers will not be charged for calls made to the Toll-Free Number.”
It, however, disclosed that the call centre will be in operation on Monday the 7th of December 2020 from 6 am to 6 pm as polls start from 7pm to 5pm on the said day.
