The party of former Cote d’Ivoire President, Laurent Gbagbo, the PPA-CI is calling for a reduction in government spending and a cut in the number of ministerial positions amid what it describes as a challenging social climate.
The PPA-CI argues that these measures would enable the public treasury to accumulate funds that could be redistributed to the entire population.
The party made the call during the 30th edition of its media exchange forum, where it addressed a myriad of issues including the high cost of living.
