Gambia’s truth commission recommends prosecution of infamous police unit

In the Gambia, the Truth, Reconciliation and Reparation Committee (TRRC) has recommended the prosecution of members of the infamous Anti-crime Unit of the Gambia Police Force for their involvement in the abuses committed during the April 10 and 11, 2020 demonstrations.
