In the Gambia, negative reactions continue to trail President Adama Barrow’s remarks on the National Audit Report on corruption among public institutions during an interview on local media.
Barrow’s comments were met with outrage among sections of the public who believed his comments will only encourage corruption in the country.
The Barrow-led government has been widely criticized for endless corruption scandals and doing little to fight the menace.
