Lawyers of President Adama Barrow have filed an additional motion calling for the Supreme Court of the Gambia to dismiss the petition filed by leading opposition party United Democratic Party UDP who filed a petition against election results.
The lawyers withdrew the first motion in an attempt to add more evidence to their argument.
Meanwhile, the UDP defense counsel Bory Darboe has accused Barrow's lawyers of attempts to stifle the case.
