A ten-day training session in the Gambian capital, Banjul has been initiated by the ECOWAS Commission, focusing on enhancing Physical Security and Stockpile Management (PSSM) across its Member States.
This collaborative effort between the ECOWAS Commission, the National Commission on Small Arms of The Gambia, and the Bonn International Center for Conflict Studies (BICC) aims to equip participants with the necessary skills for armory inventory management and assessment of compliance levels with best practices in physical security and stockpile management, among other key areas.
