President Adama Barrow has received assurances from the African Development Bank (AfDB) on its commitment to supporting Gambia’s sustainable economic growth. A seven-member AfDB delegation visited Banjul on Tuesday to discuss key development priorities.
Talks focused on strengthening the partnership between the bank and the Gambian government, with emphasis on infrastructure development, job creation, and economic resilience.
Officials say the collaboration aims to drive long-term prosperity by addressing critical sectors and improving financial stability in the country.
