The European Union has lamented what it described as lack of leadership in Africa typified in the non-passage of the amended electoral Act in Nigeria.
Head of EU Delegation to Nigeria and ECOWAS, Amb. Ketil karlsen said in Abuja, that Nigeria is fast losing steam in its pivotal role by the singular act of non-passage of the Electoral Act.
