Former Nigerian President, Goodluck Jonathan, the mediator from the Economic Community of West African States ECOWAS is expected to arrive in the country later today, Thursday. 

Reports from Bamako, suggest that the former Nigerian President will meet with the transitional authorities ahead of the July 3 ECOWAS conference in Accra, Ghana.
