Ahead of Liberia’s 2023 elections, the Head of the ECOWAS Elder Forum, Goodluck Jonathan, has described public confidence in the electoral management body and state security as good recipes for a peaceful ballot.

The two institutions he reiterated, are key in attracting citizens’ support and participation.
