A civil society organization, Wakit Tama, says it has rejected the agreement signed between the Chadian government and the Transformers Party’s leader Succes Masra in Kinshasa.
The agreement would enable the return of people exiled from Ndjamena following the October 2022 deadly confrontations between demonstrators and security operatives.
