In Cote d’Ivoire, former President Laurent Gbagbo has nominated executives in charge of preparing the congress that will lead to the creation of his new party that he announced a month ago.

Mr. Gbagbo unveiled the team on Tuesday as they work towards the registration of the party October.

It is a team of about 100 people in different committees and includes Assoa Adou, the main pro-Gbagbo FPI leader during the former president's absence.
