Cote d’Ivoire has just secured 600 billion CFA francs or I billion dollars loan from the Korean Cooperation Fund for Economic Development.
The agreement was signed at the first Africa – South Korea summit, in Seoul.
This partnership agreement signed by senior cabinet officials from Abidjan and Seoul, will allow Côte d’Ivoire to implement several development projects over the period from 2024 to 2028.
During this period, the countries will explore other investment sectors such as cocoa, Cashew and rubber processing as well as in the areas of digital transition, innovation and the automotive industry according to the Ivorian Minister of Finance Adama Coulibaly.
