Côte d’Ivoire and the United States have signed an agreement on operations to combat illegal transnational maritime activities.

The agreement was initiated by Léon Kakou Adom, the Ivorian Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Integration and Ivorians Living Abroad, and Jessica Davis, Ambassador of the United States of America to Côte d’Ivoire.
