Six organizations including Human Rights Watch have called on Chad, the African Union and the International Community not to abandon victims of former dictator of Chad, Hissène Habré.

Thousands of innocent people who suffered as a result of Habré’s actions are yet to receive a cent of reparations ordered by the African Union-backed Extraordinary African Chambers in Senegal in 2016.
