The 8-member ad- hoc committee constituted by the Speaker of Ghana’s parliament to give a hearing to embattled finance minister Ken Ofori Atta over a motion of censure brought against him commenced sitting on Tuesday.
The bi-partisan committee co-chaired by a member of the majority side K.T Hammond and the minority side, Dominic Ayine started by asking for the grounds on which the proponents of the censure motion were asking for the removal of the finance minister.
