In Burkina Faso, the Legislative Assembly of the Transition is meeting this morning to consider a bill on organizing national consultations.

If adopted, this bill will bring the nation’s key stakeholders together in the coming days to decide whether to extend the ongoing Transition. The Transition is currently scheduled to conclude in July 2024.
