Authorities in Burkina Faso have expressed their dismay at the recent reactions in the form of publications by some organizations over the reported massacre in Djibou, a commune in the country’s north.
The United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights in Ouagadougou Zeinab Hamza DIABY was met with such communication by the ministers in charge of Justice, Security and Regional Cooperation.
Recall the incident attributed to the Al Qaeda affiliate terrorist group occurred on November 26 with at least 40 civilians killed – but this figure varies from one source to another.
