President Burkina Faso's transitional government, Paul Henri Sandaogo Damiba, is launching a mobilization of retired soldiers. 

As Imoh Edet reports, the mobilization targets non-commissioned officers and soldiers admitted to retirement during the periods of 2019, 2020 and 2021.
