A presidential initiative by the Burkinabe government for youths in the three hundred and two rural communes of the country has kicked off.

Tagged ‘Referent-Opportunities-Insertion’, the project aims to among other things, help young people fight against idleness and prevent violent groups from recruiting them for acts that threaten national security.
