No fewer than fifty people were abducted by unknown armed men in Nigeria’s North Central state of Niger.

Forty–nine villagers, including the village head of Fugge, Mallam Abdullahi Zaure were grabbed in Rijau Local Government Area of the state by gunmen who rode on multiple motorcycles and shot sporadically into the air.
