The Boubacar Sada Sy Training Center in Koulikoro hosted, this Thursday, May 18, a final departure ceremony for the European Union Training Mission (EUTM) in Mali. Thus, after a decade of presence in Mali, this mission comes to an end against a backdrop of tensions between the European partners and the authorities of the transition.

The European Mission is departing after 10 years of training more than 5,000 Malian soldiers of all categories and actively participating in improving security in the state since the insurgency began.
