Apex Bank plans to sanction shipping companies exporting undocumented cargoes out of the country. 

The Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Godwin Emiefele read out the riot act on Tuesday at the RT200 Non-Oil Export Summit 2023 organized by the Bank in the nation’s capital.
