The UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, IPCC has released a report covering the past five years of dense scientific prose.
The report published by the world’s leading climate science body is a brief of 37 pages.
It says burning fossil fuels is threatening human well-being and the stability of much of life on Earth, and our chance to avoid the most severe impacts is fast moving out of reach.
UN Secretary-General António Guterres said this report is a clarion call to massively fast-track climate efforts by every country and every sector and on every timeframe.
