An investigative survey by Liberia’s partners such as the European Union and Irish Aid shows that safe homes for rape victims, abandoned children and domestic violence are poorly run in the country.

To address the constraints, the Liberian National Red Cross Society, donated assorted food and non-food items to the government for safe homes.
