The leader of the Junta in Burkina Faso, Captain Ibrahim Traore, has made his first official visit to Bamako, Malian capital on Wednesday.
A statement from the Burkinabe government indicates that this friendly and working visit aims to strengthen the Ouagadougou-Bamako axis and to intensify the fight against the armed terrorist groups it added.
This collaboration, according to the statement, was borne out of the realization that no country can defeat the extremely mobile armed groups alone.
