Arising from the series of security advisories issued by some Embassies in Abuja, Nigeria’s capital warning their citizens to avoid public places, the Federal Capital Territory Executive Committee, the highest decision-making body of the territory, has reassured the residents of the city of their safety, insisting that adequate security arrangements have been made to sustain the state of law and order in the nation’s capital.
