Mali’s transition President, Colonel Assimi Goïta on Thursday received the President of the Independent High-Level Panel on Security and Development in the Sahel and the former President of Niger Mahamadou Issoufou.
According to reports, the discussions focused mainly on security, institutional, climatic, demographic, economic, and social development challenges in the Sahel.
