The minority in Ghana’s parliament has started processes to attempt to remove the finance minister Ken Ofori Atta over the deteriorating economic situation.
The speaker of parliament, Alban Bagbin has admitted the motion to censure the finance minister, after it was filed by the minority side on Monday. The minority cited mismanagement of the economy and ethical concerns among others as the basis for filing the motion.
