The 2022 Basic Education Certificate Examinations (BECE) for both public and private schools in Ghana commences today, Monday, October 17 at various examination centers nationwide.

According to a statement released by the West African Examination Council (WAEC), it decided to organize the exams for both Public and private school candidates in 2,038 centers across the country as a result of the low entries for private candidates over the years.
