The International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH), the Guinean Organization for Human and Citizens' Rights (OGDH) and the Association of Victims, Parents and Friends of the Events of September 28, 2009 welcome the opening of the trial of the massacre.
The group further urged the Guinean authorities to conduct a fair, impartial and transparent trial, respectful of the rights of all parties.
