The Government through the Ministry of Gender Children and Social Protection says significant progress has been made in the area of cash transfer to vulnerable Liberians.

Speaking Thursday in Monrovia, Gender Minister Williametta Saydee Tarr, said a system has been instituted to ensure the direct beneficiaries receive the cash, which is provided by international partners.
