The United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) on Wednesday launched cash transfers to assist internally displaced people (IDPs), refugees, and host families in Foni Kansala (West Coast region, The Gambia).
This is as the conflict in the Senegalese Casamance region leads to cross-border displacement of many families.
