Amnesty International and the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) say shocking cases of rape and murder of girls must prompt Guinean authorities to strengthen efforts to prevent and respond to sexual violence
The organizations said in a joint statement on Wednesday that the Guinean authorities must take immediate steps to ensure a thorough and impartial investigation into recent rapes and sexual assaults followed by killings in just eight days and bring the perpetrators to justice.
