A delegation from the ECOWAS Commission led by the President, H.E Jean-Claude Kassi Brou will attend the inauguration of the new President of the Republic of Cabo Verde, Jose Maria Neves on today (Tuesday).
A statement from the commission says Jean-Claude Kassi Brou will be visiting the Outgoing President and Prime Minister of the country to commend them on the peaceful transfer of power in the Republic.
It says he will also be addressing a world press conference stating the achievements of the ECOWAS Commission in the areas of peace, security and democracy in the region.
