The Chairman of the Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) of the Gambia Alieu Momar Njai has assured transparency ahead of the December 4 election.
The chief electoral officer says no one can rig elections in the Gambia due to the uniqueness of the voting system, allaying fears of any cheating.
He calls for peace and assures that his commission is ready for the task ahead.
