Three foreign instructors and two Ivorian operators died in the crash of the Ivorian army helicopter in the northeast of the country, following unfavourable weather conditions.

Government spokesman, Mr. Amadou Coulibaly made the disclosure during the daily update after the Council of Ministers meeting.
