The highest donor of scholarships in Liberia—the Joseph Jenkins Roberts foundation has suspended the awarding of scholarships to new applicants and students coming out of high schools.
The foundation blamed the situation on the current financial constraints incurred due to the outbreak of the Coronavirus pandemic.
