Family of the late slain former Liberian President William R. Tolbert today announced that they have forgiven all those who assassinated him on April 12 1980.

The former President was murdered on April 12, 1980 following a Military coup led by former President Samuel Doe.

At a memorial ceremony in Monrovia, the family announced they have forgiven those murder the former President and other officials.
