The Senegalese minister of Armed forces – Sidiki Kaba has announced the creation of an independent and impartial commission of inquiry into the protest that rocked the country last month.

The minister on Thursday said, the commission will examine closely the riots in Senegal following the arrest and detention of opposition leader – Ousmane Sonko for disturbing public order.
