African leaders have promised their countries' support for the Africa Adaptation Acceleration Programme, developed to scale up financing for Climate Change adaptation in Africa. 

This pledge was made during a Virtual Leaders Dialogue on the Africa Covid-Climate Emergency by the African Development Bank and Global Centre for Adaptation.
